Walmart 2019 was in the phase of implementing AI technology, so they can better serve their customers and increase the internal relationship and productivity. Walmart Support Chatbot is the pioneer of AI initiatives for internal usage.

Walmart employs over 2 million people, and this massive volume expands from simple questions like updating the monthly passcode to complex issues such as how to file a harassment issue. We helped shape the current and future state of the Walmart Support Chatbot, conducted user testing, and built the style guide for engineers to adopt.
