Sumo Shortcuts is a marketing-strategy-in-a-box tool that allows non-tech-savvy users to set up a complex marketing campaign for their small business website in less than 3 minutes.
CHALLENGE
Sumo’s bread and butter has been the popup creator. However, the existing Sumo popup builder interface is outdated and it consists of a 2-7% success rate.
Beyond collecting email addresses, business owners also want to manage their customer information and continue sending emails to them.
