With over 9,700 locations in more than 150 countries, Hertz is known for its largest car fleets and the trusted American name brand. Hertz partnered with Fjord & Accenture to rethink their business model and digital experience.

The rise of ride share economy and car sales startups provide a more tailored, user centric, secure, streamline, and white glove rental and car buying services for today's market. Hertz is known for its high end service and car selections, but with the customer expectations and demands shift, Hertz needs to reinvent itself to transform travel experience easy for everyone.
